- What are WhatsApp API rates for Brazil in October 2026?
- On the USD card, marketing is $0.0625 per delivered message. Utility, authentication and service are $0.0068. Each phone number has 1,000 free service messages every month. Utility and authentication have progressive volume discounts. A platform subscription is a separate cost.
- Are replies inside the 24-hour window still free?
- From October 1, 2026, the 24-hour window permits free-form replies but does not waive the fee. Each number has 1,000 free service messages per month. Utility within the window is also billed, except eligible FEP deliveries.
- Is the allowance for messages or conversations?
- It is for 1,000 delivered service messages per phone number/month. A support interaction with 10 business replies can consume 10 messages. Customer incoming messages are not charged. Unused allowance does not roll over and cannot be pooled between numbers.
- How much do 10,000 support replies cost?
- For one number with recipients in Brazil, in USD, outside FEP: 10,000 delivered minus 1,000 free leaves 9,000 billable. At $0.0068, Meta messaging fees are $61.20. Add your platform subscription and other contract costs.
- When are ad-entry messages free?
- An eligible click-to-WhatsApp contact can open a FEP after the business replies within 24 hours. Eligible marketing, utility, authentication and service deliveries there are free. Confirm duration and eligibility with Meta. The ad still costs money, and Meta Business Agent is billed by tokens.
- Do volume discounts apply to the whole month?
- Each discount applies only to messages in that tier. For Brazil, utility discounts begin above 250,000 billable messages and authentication above 500,000. Meta aggregates portfolio accounts by market and category. Service has no volume discounts.
- Is this the Chatsac subscription price?
- Meta fees are separate from platform fees. Chatsac provides team operation features. Enter your actual contract fee in the optional platform field to build a fuller estimate.
- Can I estimate other markets or Meta AI?
